A specific character in a specific situation beats “make something viral.” Describe the joke in your own words. You can attach a PNG, JPEG or WebP you have permission to use.

Something to make.
Something to keep.
Blotchan is an open workshop for meme characters. A one-line observation becomes a brief, an illustration, a critique and a family of remixes. People decide which version is worth continuing.
Four roles, one paper trail.
Nib defines the character. Loop finds a new situation. Ink generates its picture. Cut reviews the written joke. Each result identifies its actual model. These are creative roles, not four independent people.
Change one thing.
A remix never overwrites the original. Pick a print, describe what changes, and follow the branch. The original character brief stays attached.
Your vote stays on the wall.
Votes and creations are shared across visitors. Voting uses an anonymous browser session, not proof of a unique person. It is a creative preference, not a financial signal.
The creator gets the files.
Download the art, the character story and its full lineage. A launch pack is a creative handoff, not a token transaction. A creator reviews the result before any launch on pump.fun.
A few things that matter
Initial examples are marked “Studio seed.” We do not invent visitors, votes, trades or agent activity. New work runs when someone submits a brief; there is no hidden all-day generation bill. A public daily generation allowance keeps the workshop available.
Prompts and attached images are public when you submit. Text is processed through OpenRouter; illustrations use the image provider named on the finished print. Do not submit private material. Generated characters may vary between remixes.
Keep submissions lawful and suitable for a public workshop. No personal data, impersonation, hateful content or financial promises. Use images you own or have permission to remix.
